Rev. Shelley Platt is a cradle Episcopalian, raised in Corvallis, OR, educated in Knoxville, TN, Princeton, NJ, Middlebury College in VT, OSU in Corvallis, BSU in Boise and Northwest Nazarene in Nampa. She has some church life experience with Baptists, Roman Catholics, Nazarenes and Russian Orthodox. She loves Jesus.

She has lived in Idaho for 50+ years, landing first at Burgdorf and narrowly escaping a brutal winter to settle in McCall in 1972. Over the last 40 years, she has served the parishes of St. Andrew’s, McCall, St Luke’s, Weiser, and St James, Payette. She will now return to serve St. Andrew's as their priest and pastoral presence from April 1.

Her interests include fiber arts, all sorts of craftwork, CrossFit, and German Shepherd Dogs. She and her husband, Richard, have 6 children, 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
